Job Description:
Applications are invited for the following position in the DBT sponsored project entitled“A virtual screening and docking method for incorporating pharmacophore featurestowards developing drugs (acetylcholinesterase inhibitor) of natural origin againstAlzheimer’s disease” in the Department of Biotechnology, Bharathiar University,Coimbatore – 641046. The position is purely temporary and is tenable only for the duration of the project. The project period is from July 2010 to January 2011

Qualification:
 M.Sc (First Class) in Bioinformatics, Biotechnology, Genomics, Biology, Biochemistry or related areas of Biological Sciences. Practical knowledge of is essential. The candidate should have a strong theoretical background and working knowledge inBioinformatics
