The University of Macquarie offers The Faculty Completion Scholarships to Final Year Macquarie University Students for the year 2010/11 in Australia
Students in financial difficulty whilst completing their research Masters or PhD, may apply to their Faculty of registration for financial assistance. This may be for a stipend, tuition or both and requests will generally only be considered for a single semester.
Eligibility:
- Applicants must be enrolled in the final year of their Macquarie University research degree.
- Students in financial difficulty whilst completing their research Masters or PhD, may apply to their Faculty of registration for financial assistance.
Application Procedure:
Applicants will need to make a case for their financial need ahead of the period they are seeking funding for. A detailed outline of progress to date, plans for their completion progress and support from their academic supervisor.
Interested students should contract their local HDR administrator for advice on what format is required for this submission.
Selection Criteria:
All nominations for award by the Faculty are reviewed and approved by the Higher Degree Research Committee.
