Fellowship Description:
Under the initiative of Department of Health Research, for promotion of research activities in the north east region, research proposals are invited from young and middle level faculties of medical colleges and research institutions. Upto Rs 5.00.000 will be provided as Seed grant for young researchers if the proposal is found suitable for consideration by committee reviewing these proposals; however proposal with budgetary requirement of more than of Rs.5,00,000 will undergo review process as per ICMR guidelines.Interested applicants may submit their research proposals in any area of local and national health priorities in any discipline of health and biomedical sciences, basic, clinical or operational research. The proposals should be submitted to Dr. J. Mahanta, Director Regional Medical Research Center with a copy to Dr. Reeta Rasaily, Scientist E, Division of Reproductive Health & Nutrition, ICMR.
