The University of Nottingham offers a comprehensive and expanding range of scholarships in order to encourage academic excellence, aid diversity, and offer real financial assistance in cases of hardship, whether individually or by region.
Applicants:
*be under 40 years of age AND
*be in financial need AND
*have a minimum of two years work experience AND
*undertake to return to either Jordan, Lebanon, Palestine or Syria on completion of their studies
Awards are tenable for up to one year for students registering in September 2011 for Masters programmes at The University of Nottingham, each award covers tuition fees and a maintenance allowance according to need Application forms and details of the Said Foundation/University of Nottingham scholarships can be obtained from the offices of the British Council in Amman, Beirut, Damascus, East Jerusalem, Nazareth, throughout the West Bank and in Gaza
